    Was notified that entry #4 Love Card did not meet the spots & stripes rqmt so I entered another which is entry #29.

    I misread the challenge and thought it was STARS and stripes. So #42 doesn't fit. BUT, #43 could be if you counted the gems on the ribbon as the SPOTS?? Maybe...
